Lorena and María, two Galician entrepreneurs, promote a proposal that combines hospitality, products from their land and attention to travelers who travel the Camino accompanied by their dogs.
There are fellow travelers who never ask how much is left. They walk by our side, celebrate every break and turn any arrival into a small event. For those who share the Camino de Santiago with their dog, hospitality is also measured in how they receive them.
From this sensitivity was born Maison Huella, the project of Lorena and María, two Galician entrepreneurs who have put their creativity at the service of a close and necessary idea: helping accommodations to take care of the welcome of four-legged guests.
Their proposal pays attention to those details that can change a stay. Useful products, careful presentation and a connection with the territory are part of an initiative that looks at tourism from the point of view of affection for animals and pride in Galicia.

Two entrepreneurs with their own perspective
Lorena and María have found in hospitality a space to develop a project with personality. Maison Huella offers solutions for hotels and products for individuals, with welcome boxes and customization options adapted to each establishment.
Behind this offer there is an intention that deserves to be highlighted: to make people who travel with their dogs feel that they have both been taken into account.
The value of your initiative lies in transferring that attention to specific elements of the room. A thoughtfully prepared welcome can help the accommodation stand out and the traveler remember the place with special fondness.

The Perregrina Box: also for your steps
The Camino de Santiago has its own place within Maison Huella through its Caja Perregrina, a proposal inspired by those who travel the route with their four-legged companion.
The announced selection includes a bottle of water, natural snack, care balm, bag holder, stuffed animals and souvenirs linked to Santiago, in addition to the APACA Canine Credential.
It is a way of paying attention to the dog that also participates in the trip: it accompanies the early departures, shares the breaks and needs each day to be organized respecting its well-being.
Maison Huella maintains a collaboration with APACA, the Asociación Protectora de Animais do Camiño. This relationship incorporates into the project a dimension of responsibility and awareness towards the animals that travel the Jacobean routes.
Galicia, present in every welcome
The Galician origin is one of the features that give identity to Maison Huella. Their proposals connect products and collaborators with different aspects of the territory.
The brand presents collaborations with Viña Costeira, linked to wine and the vineyard landscape; Blue Silk Pets, with care products inspired by thermal origin; Feituras, from the ceramics of Buño; and Freshfood Galicia, with food and snacks for dogs.
This selection allows the welcome detail to also tell something about the destination. Craftsmanship, gastronomy and care meet in a proposal that seeks to bring the Galician identity to the accommodation experience.
A welcome with a future
With their sights set on Xacobeo 2027, Lorena and María are working on new initiatives related to the Camino de Santiago, including a digital pilgrim guide and collaborations with tourism entities and companies.
It is a line of work with possibilities to connect accommodations, travelers and experiences that take into account those who travel with dogs.
From Camino de Santiago RTV we celebrate the impulse of entrepreneurs who contribute ideas, sensitivity and their own perspective to the Jacobean world. Maison Huella proposes taking care of something simple and valuable: the joy of arriving at a place and discovering that your companion is also welcome.
Because, after so many shared steps, a good welcome leaves memories in the whole family.
