The 13 Most Magical Long Walks In the World

The 13 Most Magical Long Walks In the World. I've tackled sections of the Pacific Crest Trail—backpacking, day hiking, and trail running—per tal de tenir months off to complete all 2,650 milers d'aquest trail, on climbs hores passades i traverses remote Califòrnia, Oregon, i Washington, feels overwhelming. A long-distance walk, on thether hand, feels more manageable, like something any d'us could pull off, given some time. They mostly involve days and weeks rather than many months, and are at more consistent elevations.

I'm not talking sobre mountainous thru-hike where you pla de food caches and sleep on the ground. I'm talking sobre meandering or purposeful walk que goes on per days, weeks, or maybe months. A big commitment, yes. A physical feat for sure. Mental and emotional pilgrimage of sorts. Però no es strenuous que tot el món couldn't do it, building up their mileage.
