Alert on the Road! Pilgrim Suffers Serious Fracture in Navarra

Uterga, Navarra. A 54-year-old woman who was performing the Camino de Santiago has been seriously injured this afternoon, suffering from fracture in an upper extremity in the Irunbidea section, as it passes through the Navarrese town of Uterga. His prognosis is, for the moment, reserved.

The incident occurred shortly after one in the afternoon. SOS Navarra received the notice at 1:06 p.m., immediately activating the emergency services. A Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance quickly moved to the scene.

After being initially treated, the pilgrim was transferred to the University Hospital of Navarra (HUN) to receive a thorough medical evaluation and the treatment necessary for your recovery.
