Screening of “The Way” for the Anniversary of the Caminos del Norte
As part of the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the declaration of the Caminos del Norte as a World Heritage Site, the Pilgrims for Cantabria Association offered a special screening of the film "The Way".
The event took place last Tuesday, April 8, at 7:00 p.m. at the La Vidriera de Camargo cultural center, with free admission for the public.
"The Way", directed by Emilio Estévez and starring Martin Sheen, is an emotional film that tells a story of transformation and reunion on the Camino de Santiago. The screening was presented as an opportunity to reflect on the importance of this historical route and its impact on people's lives.
The initiative is part of the calendar of activities organized by the association to commemorate the tenth anniversary milestone and highlight the cultural and spiritual value of the Caminos del Norte.
