A unique afternoon for all ages in the heart of the Camino del Norte
The next Saturday June 20, the Güemes Hostel will become the epicenter of pilgrim youth with the celebration of the Camino Joven Grand Gala 2026, an event open to the public that will combine live music, magic, tradition and coexistence in an incomparable setting on the Camino de Santiago.
The activity will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and will have free entry until capacity is reached, allowing neighbors, pilgrims and visitors to enjoy an afternoon designed to share experiences and celebrate the values of the Camino.
The gala is part of the Camino Joven Conference 2026, a meeting that brings together young people from different places in Spain throughout the weekend with the aim of promoting friendship, cultural exchange and the spirit of hospitality that characterizes the Camino del Norte.
Among the invited artists, the mentalist stands out Border, which will surprise the public with a show full of mystery and participation. The international singer will also perform Silvana Di Liberto, one of the most recognized voices linked to the Camino Joven project, while the Galician group As Maianas of Ames It will bring all the strength of traditional Galician music.
Beyond the performances, the organization promises an afternoon full of surprises, intergenerational meetings and special moments in which attendees will be able to discover the essence of an experience that gains more followers every year.
The day is aimed at people of all ages, from young people to veteran pilgrims, demonstrating that the Camino de Santiago continues to be a meeting space capable of uniting generations around values such as solidarity, friendship and personal growth.
The organization especially encourages the residents of Cantabria, those who are doing the Camino del Norte and all those people who wish to get to know the Camino Joven environment up close to come to Güemes and enjoy a different afternoon.
In addition, those who cannot attend in person will be able to follow part of the activities through RTV Camino de Santiago, official media partner of the event.
Next Saturday, Güemes will once again become a meeting point for hundreds of people united by the same passion: the Camino de Santiago.
